Civil Senior Engineer

This specialist team of Land development Engineers are lead and mentored by a man who's name is on the top of more than one company's headhunting list (trust me, I know..)

As his 2IC Engineer, your career development will come from a few different angles:

Project Management - once you are in the swing of things, manage all Civil Urban aspects of 4-6 projects at a time (with assistance and training as needed)
Mentoring - hands-on management style, which you will directly benefit from. In turn, assist his with formal training and daily guidance of the other 4 Civil Engineers in the team
Projects - the 'go-to-guys' for reclamation work in WA, giving you access to the big juicy projects you want, without the BD push most other consultancies have

Very much a succession planning role: once you are on your feet, take over higher-end client facing and management responsibilities.

8-15 years experience; strong technical design experience solid understanding of associated civil infrastructure work; teamwork and leadership exp.
