Our client is a high profile building group who are a provider of innovative building solutions to a diverse range of clients spanning commercial, residential, institutional and government sectors. With an exciting $30m project just recently secured, due to start early August, they are urgently seeking an accomplished Site Manager to join the team and be involved in project planning and site setup.

You will be responsible for the progress and safety of on site sub contractors on a day to day basis and ensuring the smooth running of the construction program to keep production at the highest level. You will also be responsible for maintaining this builders reputation for delivering top quality constructions on time and under budget.

You will be from either tertiary or trade background in a Construction related discipline, but most important is your ability to demonstrate a proven track record as Site Manager on commercial construction projects over $20M. You will be an effective communicator posses superb people management skills and have the motivation and vision to drive a major high profile development.

A package of up to $180K neg is available depending on your skills and experience.
